The Analyst - Technology Excellence role focuses on supporting Technology Operations through effective documentation management, data handling, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain high-quality documentation, generate operational insights,



and ensure compliance with organizational standards. This position plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and operational excellence through accurate reporting, knowledge management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, review, and manage technical and operational documentation.
• Ensure document integrity, version control, accessibility, and compliance with governance standards.
• Manage document repositories, filing systems, and records retention processes.
• Support audit activities by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
• Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyse operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPI metrics, trend analysis, and management information using Excel and Power BI.
