About Healix Engage

Healix Engage is an AI-native patient engagement platform for hospitals and clinics, built to own the whole patient relationship from first enquiry to a lifetime of care. It replaces the fragmented mix of call centres, WhatsApp/SMS tools, and spreadsheets that most hospitals run alongside their HIS with one system that captures every enquiry and engages patients across their entire care journey. A core part of this is care-path based engagement: tailored WhatsApp and multichannel journeys built around specific care paths such as cardiac (diagnosis procedure rehab annual review), oncology (screening diagnosis treatment survivorship), and fertility to childbirth (consult IVF/IUI pregnancy delivery) so patients stay on track and don't drop off or switch hospitals mid-journey. Healix sits on top of the hospital's existing HIS live in weeks, no rip-and-replace — and is already running live pilots with hospitals of varying size and complexity.

About the Role

We're hiring a Field Sales Manager based in Hyderabad to drive hospital acquisition for Healix. This is a solo,



high-ownership field role you'll own the full sales cycle for your territory and be the face of Healix to hospital decision-makers. Your hospital network doesn't need to be limited to Hyderabad; what matters is that it's real, active, and can be leveraged for early traction wherever it exists.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end field sales for your territory: prospecting, pitching, demos, negotiation, and closing
hospital accounts for Healix.
• Build and own the sales process for your territory pipeline, cadence, and playbook — as one of the first sales hires shaping how Healix goes to market.
• Work independently as the sole sales representative, managing your own pipeline and travel to hospitals.
• Build and convert relationships with key hospital stakeholders — administrators, CMOs, IT/procurement heads, and department heads.
