• Have knowledge and experience of working in the large construction industry preferably Power Plant construction
• Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels
• Delivers and facilitates EHS Induction, structured trainings on EHS topics, EHS regulatory training and development programs & initiatives in support of the company’s training plan & objectives.
• Provides coaching, reinforcement of EHS policy and procedures.
• Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
• Ensure the delivery of high quality, creative and engaging.
• Maintain accurate and timely training records.
• Computer knowledge: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
• On job training skill
• Possession of excellent analytical and data management skills
