*Position:* General Manager – Civil
*Location:* Head Office, Faridabad
*Employment:* Full-Time
*Experience:* 15+ Years
*Qualification:* B.E./B.Tech. – Civil Engineering

*Preferred Profile:*
Candidates having strong experience in *industrial construction projects and/or projects executed for Government Departments/PSUs* will be preferred.

*Key Responsibilities:*




• Overall leadership and management of civil construction activities
• Planning, execution and monitoring of projects within cost and schedule
• Coordination with clients, consultants, Government Departments and subcontractors
• Technical review and guidance to project/site teams
• Resource, manpower and subcontractor management
• Monitoring of quality, safety, productivity and contractual compliance
• Review of tenders, estimates and project-related commercial matters
• Providing strategic inputs to the management for project execution and business growth

*Ideal Candidate:*
A mature and result-oriented Civil Engineering professional with strong leadership skills, sound technical knowledge and substantial experience in industrial/government construction projects.
