Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting suitable loan products, and explaining key features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. The representative will handle inbound inquiries,



respond to customer questions, and guide applicants through the loan process to ensure a smooth experience. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating CRM systems, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams and lending partners, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes providing clear, compliant information, building long-term customer relationships, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and market trends.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken English/Hindi and the ability to explain financial products simply and accurately.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive, respectful experience to diverse customers.
• Sales skills with a focus on telesales, lead conversion, negotiation, and working towards
