Oshodata is a real estate data and technology company helping real estate businesses modernize repetitive workflows, reporting, analytics, underwriting, and operations through automation, data infrastructure, and AI.

We are looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Content Executive who can help build Oshodata’s presence on LinkedIn while also contributing directly to business development and outbound communication.

This is not a traditional social media manager role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating content, building a brand, starting conversations, and generating business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

LinkedIn Content & Brand Building

* Write and publish high-quality LinkedIn posts around real estate, AI, automation, data, and business operations.
* Turn ideas, conversations, client work, and industry trends into engaging LinkedIn content.
* Help develop a consistent voice and visual identity for Oshodata on LinkedIn.
* Write longer-form articles and thought leadership pieces when relevant.
* Research competitors, industry trends,



and compelling topics to identify content opportunities.
* Track content performance and continuously improve what we publish.

Video & Content Creation

* Help create short-form videos for LinkedIn.
* Assist with scripting, filming, basic videography, editing, captions, and thumbnails.
* Turn longer conversations, presentations, or ideas into short LinkedIn video content.
* Experiment with different formats such as talking-head videos, screen recordings, explainers, and educational clips.
* Maintain a simple and qualified visual standard across our content.

Outbound & Business Development

* Identify relevant prospects and companies on LinkedIn.
* Conduct LinkedIn outreach and initiate conversations with potential clients and partners.
* Draft personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups.
* Assist with email outreach and follow-up communications.
* Maintain prospect lists and track outreach activity.
* Research prospects
