Role Description The Legal Executive Intern role at HRCS INDIA_The Property Matchmakers is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to property transactions, including agreements, sale deeds, and conveyancing paperwork. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting senior legal professionals in due diligence, verifying property titles, checking regulatory compliance,



and helping prepare documentation for registrations and approvals. The intern will also contribute to providing basic legal information to internal teams, maintaining legal records, and coordinating with external stakeholders such as clients, notaries, and government offices. This role offers hands-on exposure to property law and real estate processes, with mentoring and on-the-job learning in a structured environment.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Law with a strong interest in Property Law and real estate regulations.
• Ability to assist in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting agreements and conveyancing documents.
