Role Overview
Maxima Solutions is looking for confident, customer-focused Customer Support / Calling Executives to join our team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in customer communication, telecalling, voice processes, inside sales, customer relationship management, and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally, understanding requirements, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer requirements, concerns, and expectations through effective communication.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer queries.
• Follow up with customers regarding requirements, pending information, services, or other business-related matters.




• Maintain qualified and courteous communication during every customer interaction.
• Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Update customer information and activities in CRM systems, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Make timely follow-up calls and ensure closure of assigned customer requests.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team or reporting manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling, follow-up, and productivity targets.
• Support the team in customer retention, relationship management, and business development activities when required.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach at all times.
