Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in ocean freight, NVOCC, and specialized cargo segments, focusing on FCL, LCL,



project cargo, and related services. Responsibilities include generating leads, building and nurturing customer relationships, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company strategy. The role involves close collaboration with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to design practical logistics solutions, ensure service reliability, and support key accounts. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and support long-term growth.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of ocean freight, NVOCC operations, and specialized cargo services (FCL, LCL, project cargo, OOG/ODC, breakbulk).
