IRGB Technologies is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth Manager who can take ownership of user acquisition, revenue growth and campaign profitability.
We are specifically looking for someone who has experience working with high-risk, restricted or policy-sensitive categories such as Gaming, OTT, Dating/Social, Health & Wellness, Fintech, Subscription Apps or similar businesses.

This role is for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running campaigns — it is about acquiring users profitably, scaling revenue and maintaining advertising account health and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities / Required Experience• Hands-on experience handling Google Ads & Meta Ads account suspensions, restrictions and policy issues
• Experience managing multiple Meta Business Accounts and Ad Accounts
• Experience handling multiple backup advertising accounts for business continuity




• Practical experience with new account warm-up, stabilization and controlled scaling
• Must have independently managed ₹10 Lakh+ monthly advertising spend; higher budgets preferred
• Experience managing and scaling multiple advertising accounts simultaneously
• Experience working with Google Ads Credit Line / Monthly Invoicing accounts
• Proven experience handling large-scale performance marketing and user acquisition campaigns
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, CTR, CVR, LTV and Revenue
• Experience optimizing the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page/App → Registration → Payment → Subscription/Revenue
• Experience in OTT, Streaming or Subscription-based businesses will be a solid plus
• Experience working in risk / policy-sensitive industries such as Gaming, OTT, Dating/Social, Health & Wellness, Fintech, etc. will be highly preferred
• Strong practical understanding of Google Ads and Meta advertising p
