● Manage a portfolio of business customer accounts, following account-specific procedures and service-level agreements.
● Review and monitor assigned accounts and collection reports to ensure timely payments.
● Initiate collection calls to business accounts, build relationships with key contacts, and support strategic collections efforts.
● Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and follow-ups on payment arrangements.
● Analyze, research, and resolve client billing problems and deductions, identifying root causes of account delinquency.
