Solid understanding of Customer Communications Management (CCM) concepts. Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation techniques. Experience with document composition, template development, and workflow configuration. Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of print, email, and digital communication channels. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
