Role Description The PLC Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on PLC and related industrial automation systems to students and working professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, demonstrating PLC programming and troubleshooting, and guiding learners through practical projects and simulations.



The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and updating training content to align with current industry standards and technologies. The PLC Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and the academy management to improve course quality and support placement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem.
