Role Description The Client Services Executive is a part-time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with client objectives. The Client Services Executive will support the planning and execution of campaigns, prepare reports and presentations, and track performance metrics to inform decision-making.



The role includes maintaining accurate records of client interactions, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and engagement. The position requires regular on-site meetings in Kozhikode and remote collaboration with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage accounts and address client needs effectively.
• Experience in Business Relationship Management to build, maintain, and grow long-term partnerships with healthcare clients.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and professional problem-solving.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare performance reports, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
