We’re Hiring: CRM & Client Revenue Executive

Location: Raipur | Full time | Work from Office

Dusala is looking for a smart, confident, customer-facing person who can manage conversations and convert them into sales.
Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in fashion, retail, CRM, sales, customer service, jewellery, lifestyle or D2C is a plus.

Role includes:
Customer calls and follow-ups
WhatsApp and email communication
Website and Shopify enquiries
Abandoned checkout recovery
Product recommendations and option sharing
Repeat customer follow-ups
Order, shipment, return and exchange coordination
CRM/sheet updates
Daily tracking of leads, conversions and revenue

We are looking for someone who:
Is comfortable calling customers daily




Communicates well on WhatsApp and email
Has a genuine interest in fashion and styling
Is organised and disciplined with follow-ups
Can handle premium customers politely
Is willing to work from our Raipur office
This is an early-career role, so candidates looking for senior-level positions or compensation may not be the right fit.

Compensation: Around the ₹20K range, depending on experience and performance.
