Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves responding to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-app communication, ensuring timely and accurate information about platform features,



vendor connections, and event-planning tools. The representative will guide users through account setup, booking processes, and payment-related queries, while documenting interactions and updating records in internal systems. Daily responsibilities include resolving user issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, gathering feedback to improve customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality. The role requires maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-focused approach that reflects Ekatraa’s commitment to trust and care.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, preferably in a technology or platform-based environment.
