Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Tally, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Prepare purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
• Generate invoices, maintain billing records, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and petty cash records.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts and support GST documentation.




• Assist in monthly account closing, MIS reporting, and coordinate with auditors when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and GST basics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with invoice processing and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of MS Excel functions and reporting.
