We are looking for an experienced Senior Global IT Service Transition Project Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India and lead complex service transition initiatives for one of our major global clients.

This role will be responsible for successfully transitioning functions, services, and processes from an existing supplier into a current operating organization while ensuring operational readiness, service quality, SLA performance, knowledge transfer, and business continuity throughout the transition lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Global Service Transition Management

• Lead and manage global IT service transitions from project kick-off through go-live and into steady-state operations.
• Ensure transitions are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and service levels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end transition plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate transition activities across technical, operational, business, and supplier teams.
• Ensure operational readiness, documentation, knowledge transfer, acceptance criteria, and service handover are completed before go-live.
• Identify and proactively manage transition risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
