Role Description The Customer Support and Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communication with schools, parents, and prospective clients, responding to queries,



and providing clear information about student travel and experiential learning programs. The executive will be responsible for generating new leads, following up with prospects, maintaining lead databases, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into enrollments. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential school partners, sharing program details, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. The role also requires accurate documentation of interactions, preparation of basic reports, and participation in occasional meetings or presentations related to program promotion.
