Role & Responsibilities

• Own category performance from concept to delivery: manage buy plans, vendor negotiations, costing, and timing for apparel/accessory segments.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure on-time, in-budget, quality-compliant production cycles.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales data to recommend assortment, markdown, and replenishment strategies.
• Maintain vendor scorecards and compliance audits—ensuring ethical sourcing, quality control, and payment timelines.
• Prepare and present seasonal merchandise reviews, budget forecasts, and KPI dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Lead fit sessions,



sample approvals, and production reviews to align product with brand vision and commercial targets.
