​About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized coordinator to provide comprehensive backend support to our sales team. You will be the central link between sales, clients, our factory, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

​Key Responsibilities:
• ​Sales & Backend Support: Coordinate day-to-day sales activities, client requirements, and internal follow-ups.
• ​CRM & Documentation: Maintain sales dashboards, track leads, and prepare professional presentations, reports, and MoMs.
• ​Dispatch Management: Coordinate material and sample deliveries between the factory, logistics, and clients.




• ​Meeting Coordination: Schedule client meetings, site visits, and trials, ensuring. pending action points are closed.

​Requirements:
• ​Proven experience in sales coordination, administration, or operations.
• ​Robust proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Word.
• ​Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• ​Proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
