Role Description The Event Sponsorship Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving sponsorship revenue and partnerships for HBF Direct Limited’s summits, forums, and ecosystem events. The role includes identifying and qualifying potential sponsors, developing compelling sponsorship packages,



and managing the full sponsorship lifecycle from outreach and negotiation to contract closure and relationship management. The Event Sponsorship Manager will collaborate with marketing and event teams to align sponsorship offerings with event formats, target audiences, and brand positioning, while ensuring sponsor commitments are fulfilled on time and on budget. Day-to-day tasks involve prospect research, proposal development, pitch meetings, pipeline tracking, and post-event reporting on sponsor performance and ROI. The role also includes contributing to event strategy, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with sponsors across regions.
