Role SummaryRainbow Secure is seeking a hands-on Growth & Market Development Manager to build market visibility, generate qualified demand, strengthen our digital presence, and support revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who can both develop strategy and execute directly in a growing cybersecurity company. The person will work closely with leadership, sales, technical experts, and creative resources to turn marketing activity into measurable business results.

Responsibilities• Develop and execute B2B demand-generation and growth campaigns that generate qualified leads, sales meetings, and pipeline.
• Build and manage SEO and organic search strategies to increase relevant website traffic and conversions.
• Manage LinkedIn and B2B social media, including company content and executive thought leadership.
• Develop blogs, newsletters, case studies, educational content, and other content marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages,



webinars, events, and lead-generation programs.
• Manage CRM, lead nurturing, lead qualification, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
• Plan and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and other paid campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, conversions, qualified leads, and marketing contribution to pipeline.
• Work closely with sales to develop campaigns and content that support customer acquisition.
• Create and coordinate sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and campaign assets.
• Develop creative briefs and coordinate with designers, freelancers, agencies, and other external resources.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and identity-security concepts into transparent, compelling business messaging.
• Continuously test and improve campaigns based on performance and business results.
