Role Description As a Business Development Manager at Pragati One, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities related to grants, subsidies, funding, and project report services. You will manage client relationships, understand client requirements, and propose tailored solutions that align with available programs and financial support options. Daily tasks include meeting prospective clients, conducting market and policy research, preparing business proposals,



coordinating with internal teams on project documentation, and tracking the progress of ongoing engagements. You will also be expected to develop partnerships, attend relevant events, and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with solid negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in business development, sales, or consultative services, preferably in funding, grants, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to understand funding schemes, subsidies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing project reports, proposals, and client communications.
• Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance
