We're hiring a hands-on Lead Generation Expert to own our outbound email engine end to end. This is a role for someone who has actually built and scaled cold email systems — not just managed campaigns — and can show the numbers to prove it.

What you'll do

• Design and run cold email campaigns that book qualified meetings, from list building and copy to deliverability and reply handling
• Build and maintain sending infrastructure in Instantly (domains, inbox warmup, sequencing, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring)
• Automate the full lead-gen workflow with n8n — enrichment, deduplication, CRM sync, routing, and reporting
• Use Claude to scale personalized copy, qualify and research leads, and speed up research and ops
• Track and report on open, reply, positive-reply, and meeting-booked rates; iterate relentlessly

What we're looking for





• Proven track record in B2B lead generation and cold email — with real results you can walk us through
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Instantly and n8n automation
• Working fluency with Claude (or similar AI tools) for copywriting and workflow automation
• Experience generating leads for consulting firms is strongly preferred
• Robust grasp of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, domain health)
• Based in or able to work from Chennai / Tamil Nadu

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, or similar enrichment platforms
• Comfort writing persuasive, concise B2B copy
