? Key Responsibilities• Conduct cold calls and communicate with potential US-based clients.
• Identify prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update lead databases/CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule qualified appointments/meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.





✅ Requirements• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with international clients.
• Good convincing, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Candidates must be currently residing in Lucknow.
