Role - HR Intern
Location - Navi Mumbai
Duration - 3-6 Months

Role Description
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and processes.



Responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, supporting onboarding activities, preparing HR documents, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits and engagement initiatives. The intern will also help with data entry, HR reporting, and coordination of training or development programs, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks. This is an internship role that is fully on-site and based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
• Ability to understand and support HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and assisting with employee lifecycle processes.
