About the RoleAs Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development, you will drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to preparing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, identify new market opportunities and work closely with marketing, operations and product teams to deliver a consistent client experience.




Key Responsibilities• Generate new business through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and networking
• Pitch digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, branding and IT services to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project onboarding
• Prepare proposals, presentations and business reports
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and identify new market opportunities
• Analyze sales performance and optimize sales processes
• Mentor team members and maintain high standards of client communication
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Stay current on digital marketing and social media trends
