Gauri Ltd is looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Salesforce practice and work on transformation programmes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce.

? Key Responsibilities• Design, configure and develop Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow and SOQL.
• Implement and support Agentforce solutions and AI-driven Salesforce use cases.
• Develop integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work on Salesforce data models, security, automation and customisation.
• Support data migration, testing, deployment and production activities.
• Participate in requirements discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide technical support.
• Work with Agile teams across India and the UK.




• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.

? What We're Looking For• 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Robust experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security and deployment processes.
• Experience with data migration and Salesforce environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and experience working with international clients.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant are desirable.
