Hikaya | Remote (India) | Full time | Supporting our Dubai office
Most agencies manage media. Hikaya buys attention, differently.
Hikaya is a brand partnerships and media solutions agency based in Dubai. Since 2022 we've built campaigns, partnerships and media plans across OOH, radio, print, digital and influencer for global and regional brands in fintech, banking, luxury, lifestyle, retail and government. Most of our growth so far has come from referrals and inbound demand. Now we're building the voice that takes Hikaya to the market directly. This is the hire on that mission.
The role
You'll act as Hikaya's marketing manager, owning everything marketing for the agency. You'll be our in-house writer, content planner and brand voice, working closely with our founder. This is not a "post three times a week" job. You'll take full ownership of how Hikaya shows up in the market, shaping how the agency and its founder are seen by CMOs, marketing heads and brand leaders. Then you'll build the marketing engine that keeps it running: the systems, calendars,
processes and partners that turn ideas into consistent output and output into opportunities.
What you'll do
• Own Hikaya's marketing end to end, setting priorities, building the processes and tools, and creating a repeatable engine across content, social, PR, events and outreach
• Ghostwrite and manage the founder's LinkedIn: point-of-view posts, industry commentary and thought leadership that sound like him, not like an agency
• Plan and run Hikaya's social media and content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Telegram.
• Write sharp, high-impact copy for case studies, pitch materials, credentials decks, the website and campaigns
• Write award entries and case studies that turn our work into recognition, credentials and potential award wins
• Find and pitch speaking opportunities for the founder at industry events, panels and podcasts, and write abstracts, bios and speaker submission profiles
• Write out
