Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at HPIPL is a contract, remote position responsible for driving sales and business development for parking infrastructure solutions within an assigned territory.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying recent leads, managing relationships with developers, facility managers, and corporate clients, and presenting tailored solutions for parking systems and automation projects. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with technical and operations teams on project requirements, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Area Sales Manager will also conduct market research, participate in virtual client meetings and presentations, and provide regular reports and feedback to senior management to support strategic growth.
