Role Description The Sponsorship Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing sponsorship opportunities for BConnect Global’s event portfolio, including conferences, summits,



and bespoke events. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sponsorship sales strategies, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and preparing tailored proposals and pitch decks. The Sponsorship Sales Manager will manage sponsor relationships, negotiate contracts, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met. The role also involves monitoring market trends, exploring new business segments, and representing the company at events and client meetings as required.
