Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing regional sales plans, identifying new business opportunities with industrial clients, OEMs, and panel builders, and managing a portfolio of electrical and engineering products.



The Regional Sales Manager will visit customer sites, conduct product presentations and negotiations, coordinate with internal teams for pricing, quotations, and delivery, and monitor market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes mentoring and supporting local sales staff, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive, solution-oriented service.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and account management.
• Knowledge of electrical and engineering products, industrial solutions, and applications for OEMs and panel builders.
• Ability to develop regional sales strategies, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
