About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accounts & Finance Manager to independently oversee the company's accounting, finance operations, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid financial management skills, expertise in Tally and Excel, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations with minimal supervision. The role involves maintaining financial accuracy, monitoring cash flow, managing receivables and payables, ensuring timely compliance, and coordinating with internal teams, management, vendors, clients, and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & Financial Management: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, journal entries, financial records, and monthly account closures.
• Invoicing & Receivables Management: Oversee invoicing, track outstanding payments, manage collection follow-ups, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely realization of receivables.
• Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Manage vendor bills, payment schedules,



expense verification, and timely payments while maintaining accurate records.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Oversee applicable GST, TDS, income tax-related requirements, reconciliations, filing, and supporting documentation, coordinating with relevant consultants where required.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash inflows and outflows, maintain cash flow reports, track upcoming financial obligations, and provide management with visibility into the company's financial position.
• Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare and review monthly financial reports, expense statements, receivables and payables reports, reconciliations, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Oversee bank reconciliations, verify financial transactions, monitor account balances, and resolve discrepancies across financial records.
