Role Description:
The Structural Draftsman will prepare detailed structural drawings and reinforcement detailing for RCC elements such as slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, foundations, staircases, and retaining walls, based on engineering inputs and relevant codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating GFC drawings, coordinating with structural engineers,



architects, and site teams, and ensuring drawings are accurate, clear, and suitable for construction. The role involves incorporating design changes, and maintaining systematic drawing records and documentation. This is a part-ime, remote role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with project teams to support smooth execution on active projects.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in technical drawing and preparation of drawings for structural elements.
• Ability to interpret and work with architectural drawings and convert them into coordinated structural drawings.
• Foundational understanding of structural engineering concepts relevant to RCC building design and detailing.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and, preferably, structural drafting tools
