Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst / Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and tracking performance against organizational targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting variance and trend analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions.



The role collaborates with finance, operations, and leadership teams to monitor costs, evaluate profitability, and ensure financial discipline across units. The individual will also assist in developing dashboards, improving financial processes, and supporting periodic management and board presentations.
