About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Business Process Services (BPS) portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling BPS/BPO/BPM, Back Office Outsourcing, Customer Experience Management (CXM), Contact Center and Omnichannel CX solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities• Drive end-to-end sales for BPS/BPO/BPM, Back Office Outsourcing, CXM, Contact Center and Omnichannel CX solutions.
• Build and manage sales pipelines through new client acquisition and strategic account expansion.
• Identify, engage and close opportunities with enterprise customers across industries.
• Build robust relationships with CXOs, Business Heads and key decision-makers.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation,
solution positioning and RFP/RFI management to negotiation and closure.
• Work closely with delivery, solution and operations teams to develop customized client solutions.
• Drive account mining, cross-selling and wallet-share expansion within existing accounts.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the BPS industry.
What We’re Looking For• 10+ years of relevant sales experience in BPS/BPO/BPM/Managed Services/CXM/Contact Center solutions.
• Proven experience selling outsourcing services to enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Back Office Operations, Customer Experience Management, Digital CX and Omnichannel solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in both new-logo acquisition (hunting) and existing-account growth (farming).
• Strong enterprise relationship management and consultative selling skills.
