The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential clients across the real estate technology ecosystem. You'll be responsible for building pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and setting up our sales team for success with high-quality meetings.
This isn't entry-level outbound work. We need someone who understands complex B2B sales cycles, can speak credibly to technical buyers, and knows how to navigate enterprise organizations.





This role would require you to work from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time (North American working hours)

What you would do:
· Research and identify high-fit prospects across proptech, brokerages, lenders, and investment platforms
· Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, instantly) targeting decision-makers and technical stakeholders
· Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand prospect data needs and technical requirements
· Partner with sales and marketing leadership to develop account-based strategies for target accounts
· Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide insights on messaging performance and market trends
· Collaborate with marketing on content development, landing pages, and campaign optimization
