Role Description The Sales Officer – Goregaon Location (HoReCa/Wholesale Division) in Hing & Spices Category is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role focuses on driving sales growth in HoReCa and wholesale channels by managing existing accounts, identifying recent business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers such as restaurants, hotels, caterers, and distributors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product ranges, negotiating pricing and terms, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will track sales performance, prepare basic reports, and support promotional activities and product launches in the assigned territory. The role also involves handling customer queries, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities.
• Hands-on exposure to Sales Operations, including order handling and basic reporting.
• Background in Channel Sales, preferably within HoReCa, wholesale, or FMCG/food sectors/Spices & Hing Category preferred.
