Role Description The Corporate Relationship and Placement Manager is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with companies, organizations,



and foundations to create hiring pipelines and internship opportunities for students. This full-time remote role involves identifying prospective corporate partners, conducting outreach, and presenting the platform’s value proposition to talent acquisition and HR teams. The role includes coordinating placement drives, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for hiring partners and student participants. The manager will regularly analyze placement data, share insights with internal stakeholders, and refine strategies to improve hiring outcomes across IT and Non-IT roles. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with academic institutions, aligning curriculum and contests with industry needs, and representing Vamsi Code Arena at virtual events, meetings, and corporate forums.
