IRGB Technologies is looking for a bold, dynamic, disciplined and highly execution-oriented HR & People Operations Manager to take complete ownership of our HR function.
We are looking for an HR professional who has worked in Gaming, OTT, Fintech, Technology, High-Risk or other quick-paced industries and understands how to build and manage teams in a demanding business environment.
This is an end-to-end HR role. You will be responsible for everything from talent acquisition and high-volume hiring to onboarding, payroll, employee management, performance, HR operations and statutory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring
• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding
• Handle high-volume and continuous hiring across Technology, Marketing, Performance Marketing, Sales, Operations, Support and Corporate functions
• Build a strong and continuously active candidate pipeline
• Source candidates through LinkedIn,



Naukri, referrals, agencies and other channels
• Screen, interview, assess and coordinate final selections
• Build an efficient hiring machine capable of closing multiple positions quickly
• Track hiring metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire and Offer-to-Joining ratio
• Maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions

HR Operations
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit
• Offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding and documentation
• Employee confirmation, transfers, promotions and role changes
• Attendance, leave management and employee records
• Exit interviews, full & final settlements and relieving documentation
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases

Payroll & Salary
• Own the monthly payroll process
• Salary calculations, deductions, incentives, reimbursements and variable pay
• Coordinate with Finance for ti
