About the Role
We are building an applied industry learning programme for pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences students across India. We're looking for professionals currently working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality or production environments who want to help the next generation understand what industry actually looks like from the inside.
This is a versatile, part-time advisory engagement — not a full-time role. Time commitment is approximately 3–5 hours per month.
What You'll Do
• Record or review short explainer content on your area of expertise — practical, real-world, based on what you actually do
• Mentor students on industry expectations, workplace conduct and manufacturing-floor realities
• Advise on content accuracy and relevance to current industry practice and regulatory standards

Domains We're Looking For
• GMP compliance, audit and documentation
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Process validation and equipment qualification
• Pharmaceutical formulation and batch manufacturing
• Production planning and plant operations




• Analytical method development and testing
• Supply chain, warehousing and pharmaceutical logistics
• CAPA, deviation management and change control

Who Should Apply
• Currently working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality or production role with 8+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in a plant, lab or quality environment — not purely desk-based or consulting roles
• Comfortable explaining processes and concepts in plain, clear language
• Genuinely interested in helping pharmacy students understand the realities of working in manufacturing and quality
