Role Description The Entry Level Process Associate – US Process is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajarhat. This role involves handling routine business process tasks for US-based clients, including data entry, transaction processing, and document verification in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.



The Process Associate will interact with internal teams and, when required, with external stakeholders to resolve queries, clarify information, and ensure timely completion of work. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, adhering to compliance guidelines, meeting productivity and service level targets, and supporting process improvements. The role also requires learning and applying client-specific systems, tools, and workflows, as well as participating in training and performance reviews.
