Role Description This is a part time Life Insurance Agent role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The Life Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, explain LIC’s insurance and investment products, and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs and financial goals.



Daily activities include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and assisting with policy applications and documentation. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, answering queries, supporting claims-related processes, and maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy renewals. The agent will work closely with LIC branch staff, adhere to regulatory and company guidelines, and participate in training and development programs to stay updated on products and industry practices.
