About the RoleHachion is looking for an energetic and results-driven Student Enrollment Executive to engage with prospective students interested in our IT training programs.
The ideal candidate should have experience in International Sales, USA Process, Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, or IT Training Sales and be comfortable managing leads from the initial inquiry through demo participation and final enrollment.
This is a target-driven role focused on student engagement, counseling, follow-up, demo conversion, and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities• Contact inbound leads generated through Meta Ads, Google, LinkedIn, website registrations, events, and referrals.
• Respond promptly to current inquiries and establish initial contact with prospective students.
• Understand students' backgrounds, career goals, technical experience, and training requirements.
• Recommend appropriate Hachion training programs based on students' career objectives.




• Clearly explain course curriculum, duration, schedules, trainer information, fees, training methodology, and career benefits.
• Schedule students for FREE live demo sessions and actively follow up to maximize demo attendance.
• Follow up with students after demos to understand their feedback, concerns, and enrollment readiness.
• Manage leads through the complete enrollment lifecycle: Inquiry → Counseling → Demo → Follow-up → Payment → Enrollment.
• Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Identify and prioritize Hot, Warm, and Cold leads based on engagement and enrollment intent.
• Handle objections related to course fees, schedules, trainer experience, technology selection, and career opportunities.
• Build trust with prospective students and help them make informed training decisions.
• Guide interested students through registration, payment, and enrol
