Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in developing and delivering scalable eCommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/B2C Commerce). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive day-to-day technical delivery, ensure adherence to design and coding standards, and work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SFCC developers through design, development, and delivery of storefront and integration features.




• Translate solution designs from architects into detailed technical implementation plans.
• Build and review code for SFRA and Headless Commerce implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Own sprint-level delivery, effort estimation, task allocation, and progress tracking.
• Implement and oversee integrations with payment gateways, OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, and third-party applications.
• Drive code reviews, unit testing, and quality checks across the development team.
• Support CI/CD pipeline execution, deployments, and release management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Mentor and upskill developers within the team on SFCC best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in client discussions, status updates, and technical clarifications as needed.
