The specialist will respond to reviews and customer queries, ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across listings, and coordinate with internal teams to align profile content with broader marketing goals. The role also includes analyzing performance metrics, preparing concise reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance lead generation and customer experience.
