JRV Industries LLP is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant/Secretary to the Managing Director.
This role is ideal for someone with strong follow-up, coordination, communication, and task-management skills who can independently ensure that important tasks are tracked and completed on time.
? Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the MD.
• Maintain and track multiple follow-ups, deadlines, and pending tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work.
• Follow up with employees and departments and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Maintain daily task lists and provide regular status updates.




• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Prepare emails, letters, reports, documents, and presentations.
• Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
• Support the MD with both official and occasional personal administrative tasks.
• Conduct online research and gather information as required.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.

? Must-Have Skills
⭐ Excellent Follow-Up Skills – MOST SIGNIFICANT
The ability to consistently track tasks, follow up with people, identify delays, and ensure work gets completed is the most important requirement for this position.
Other requirements:
• 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to MD / Director / Senior Management.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of shorthand will be an advantage.
