Role Description The Area Sales Manager (Hindi speaker) will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships in the assigned territory. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, involving regular visits to dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and carpenters to promote Oswin Ply products. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities,



and ensuring timely order follow-up and collections. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, maintaining accurate sales reports, conducting product presentations, and providing feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with proven experience in managing a territory or area.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and professional partners such as architects and interior designers.
• Ability to analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi, Tamil and English, with the ability to conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of the wood, ply, or building materials industry is highly preferred,
