Cambridge Montessori Pre School, the flagship education brand of Jalsa Ventures Pvt. Ltd., is expanding its preschool network across India. With 850+ franchise sign-ups and more than 300 operational branches, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Franchise Sales Manager to help accelerate our next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with entrepreneurs and investors, negotiating deals, and taking opportunities from the first conversation through to franchise closure and onboarding.
You will work closely with our leadership, marketing, operations and academic teams to identify new markets,



generate franchise opportunities and bring recent Cambridge Montessori centres into the network.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Identify, generate and qualify prospective franchise partners, entrepreneurs and investors through multiple lead-generation channels.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle,from initial enquiry and qualification to presentations, negotiations, closure and onboarding.
• Conduct compelling franchise presentations, business meetings and investment discussions with prospective partners.
• Understand prospects’ investment goals, business requirements and market potential, and guide them through the Cambridge Montessori franchise opportunity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Develop and execute business plans and territory expansion strategies for new cities and markets.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations and opportunities for franchise expans
